WELCOME AND NAMASTE! I AM A CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER (RYT 200) WITH EXPERIENCE AS AN ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHER. I HAVE BEEN PRACTICING YOGA FOR MANY YEARS AND I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT SHARING IT AS A TOOL FOR MENTAL HEALTH. I BELIEVE THAT YOGA IS FOR EVERYBODY AND EVERY BODY, REGARDLESS OF EXPERIENCE LEVEL.
MY TEACHING STYLE IS RELAXED AND AUTHENTIC TO ME. I ENJOY INCORPORATING A VARIETY OF MUSIC TO MY PLAYLISTS, RANGING FROM TRADITIONAL MANTRA CHANTS TO INSTRUMENTAL OR ACOUSTIC VERSIONS OF MY FAVOURITE ROCK SONGS. WHATEVER THEME WE ARE EXPLORING I CHOOSE MUSIC THAT COMPLEMENTS OUR PRACTICE. I TEACH HATHA/VINYASA STYLE CLASSES, AND I’M TRAINED IN PRENATAL YOGA.

Fridays 12:30 – 1:30 PM

Postnatal 7-week Series:
Wednesdays 2:00 – 3:00 PM
May 7th to June 25th
